Employee Interview #01

Issues facing clients
To lead to a solution
Direction.

Art director
Joined and hired mid-career in 2019

Q01

Could you tell me your current job?

As the person in charge of the team, he performs directional tasks to help solve client issues. Selecting the personnel needed to succeed in the project, and the direction, as well as directing designers, meetings and coordination with clients, and managing schedules is a broad and responsible job. I think it's a rewarding job where you can continue to challenge and grow in the creative world.

Q02

How did you join techno?

There are many creators and designers, as well as professionals from various industries such as photographers and lettucers, so I applied for it because there is an environment where techno can grow while working hard together. One of the attractions is that you can work directly while listening to the opinions of the client, and that you can complete one-stop delivery.

Q03

What's the difference?

I think the moment I'm making things toward one goal with professionals from various genres, such as designers, photographers, and stylists, is more fun and rewarding than anything else. Contributing to sales and the client's voice, "Good reputation!", There is a sense of accomplishment. I would be glad if the things I made could stop in the eyes of someone in the world.

Q04

Please tell me the skills you have acquired in techno.

Techno has relationships with clients from various industries, so there are many opportunities to interact with people and acquire knowledge such as communication skills and industry characteristics necessary for art directors. In addition, since there is a lot of work related to food, you will also acquire skills such as techniques to make it look delicious and shooting styling. I want to improve my skills, increase my value, and be a director who has demand.

Please give a word to everyone who is looking for a job.

Even if you are uneasy because you can't imagine what kind of work is waiting for, Techno has an environment where you can cooperate while respecting everyone's individuality, so please consider it. I'm looking forward to working with you.
