Could you tell me your current job?

There are two main reasons. It is a production of live-action videos and motion graphics.
The production of live-action videos mainly focuses on cutting and editing videos taken by photographers inside and outside the company and correcting colors based on a story that the director thought of.
In the production of motion graphics, we break down the data of posters and flyers created by graphic designers and use them to think about the flow of motion and show places.

How did you join techno?

When I was struggling with the working environment of my previous job, I found a job posting for Techno. There are many holidays due to refresh vacations and other systems, and I thought that I could work while maintaining a balance between private and work was the catalyst for my application. In addition, Techno is a design company specializing in the food and beverage industry, and it was an ideal environment for me who wanted to improve design skills. I decided to apply because these attractive conditions were met.

What's the difference?

The challenge of working as a video creator is that ideas can take shape and deliver their own products to many people. There are new challenges for each project, and it is necessary to continue improving technology and expressiveness. The moment you convey the products etc. through the video and get caught in the eyes of the viewer, there is a very fulfilling feeling. Also, the sense of accomplishment gained in the process of working together as a team to create creative works is a great attraction of this job.

Please tell me the skills you have acquired in techno.

Working within a set time has improved overall work efficiency. In the color adjustment of live-action videos, the impression of the video changes depending on the color, so it is now possible to adjust the color in consideration of what kind of atmosphere you want to convey. In the production of motion graphics, we were able to improve the accuracy of motion and increase the variation of expression.
