2022 Joined the company and hired new graduates

Q01

Could you tell me your current job?

The leader receives the content of the request from the client, and depending on the sales and work, teames up with art directors and designers to confirm the direction and content of the design, and create designs for various tools. Occasionally, I sometimes attend the shooting and set it up.

Q02

How did you join techno?

I saw the homepage, designed various media, and felt that I was actively working on new things.
And because the number of techno employees and the number of clients I often see is large, I thought I could learn from various aspects.

Q03

What's the difference?

I'm glad I did my best when I found something I designed in the city or when I was pleased with the client.
Even within the company, I receive advice from art directors and seniors, and I feel the change compared to my past designs, so I think I will do my best with a lot of things I can learn and stimulus.

Q04

Please tell me the skills you have acquired in techno.

At Techno, I was able to design not only many media but also various tastes, so I was able to learn the design that suits each one.
In addition, I can see not only the designer but also the director's work close to me, so I learned things I didn't learn at school, such as making proposals and creating rough sketches to show clients.

Please give a word to everyone who is looking for a job.

I joined Techno as a new graduate. I was worried at the beginning of the company, but I was able to work so happily and rewarding thanks to the kindness of my boss and seniors around me. At Techno, I think there is a very well-equipped environment where you can grow up with yourself.
