Q01

Could you tell me your current job?

Our main task is to clarify the goals that clients want, set the path to achieve them, and share the necessary images with designers and other teams to realize them.

How did you join techno?

The former company is in charge of small-scale in-house design.
I always wanted to absorb a wider range of design skills.
We chose a techno with a large number of designers and clients.

Q03

What's the difference?

As long as we work on sales promotion tools, we need to contribute to sales and client objectives, so the moment the client told me, "This sales are good!", The goal we were aiming for was not wrong! I feel a great sense of accomplishment with a sense of relief.

Please tell me the skills you have acquired in techno.

In addition to design skills, I learned not only the client but also the "how to communicate" of my thoughts.
From a standpoint, there are many opportunities to present designs created by the team as a whole, so I think it was an important skill to avoid mistakes in how to convey one person and how to communicate to the other person with one impression.

Please give a word to everyone who is looking for a job.

I think Techno is in an environment where you can aim to improve your skills depending on your feelings. I myself have changed from an operator to a designer or art director, but I have a lot of skills to acquire as many changes, and there are gentle seniors who can consult with you in times of pain, so please grow with confidence!
