INTERVIEW#03
Employee Interview #03
Wide field of view
Have a flexible mindset
I'm keeping in mind.
SNS Director
Joined and hired mid-career in 2023
Q01
Could you tell me your current job?
Although I am in charge of other SNS business formats, I mainly focus on LINE official operation, and I am involved in schedule adjustment, distribution proposal, distribution setting, report preparation (data analysis / consideration), etc.
At present, I often interact with sales representatives.
We sometimes interact directly with our customers, expanding the scope of our work.
Q02
How did you join techno?
I wanted to get a job related to WEB and SNS, so I happened to see a techno at a job and applied. In the interview, I saw my specialty and what I liked, and I wanted to work with them.
I like to look at numbers, but I am expecting it and using it to consider it when creating a report.
Q03
What's the difference?
I feel rewarding when my thoughts come true, when the proposal goes well, when the effect comes out numerically in an easy-to-understand manner.
Of course, there are times when you have to do not only fun but also what you are not good at (in my case, I am not good at creating proposals and presenting), but when you can achieve them, I feel good to do it I can do it.
Q04
Please tell me the skills you have acquired in techno.
I'm still studying, but I'm still responsibilities and thinking as a director.
I can now take responsibility for my job, probably because each role is tight.
In order to work as a team, we reviewed the importance of Horen's minister again, and made sure that "let's do this exactly." In addition, we do not firmly think that "I should definitely do this", and try to have a broad perspective and a flexible mindset, "If this is not good, let's do this."
Please give a word to everyone who is looking for a job.
I think it's a tough time, but don't hesitate to identify yourself and the company.
I think I'm already working hard, so don't work too hard.
A day schedule
