Could you tell me your current job?

We are engaged in the production process from sales and design production to delivery of promotion tools.
We will conduct interviews with the company in charge of sales promotion tools and propose tools according to the needs of the other party. After receiving the order, we will proceed with the design, adjust the production schedule, and interact with the printing company. The tools we produce are not only graphics, but also web page production, video and SNS production.

How did you join techno?

In my previous job, I was a clerk, but I joined Techno because I wanted to work in sales. I was originally interested in design, such as creating bookmarks every time I travel, and I liked eating, so I was interested in the work of Techno, which has many customers in the food and beverage industry.
Due to the goodness of the people I met at the time of the selection, I chose techno because I thought it would be fun to work with techno.

What's the difference?

You can see the results of your work well.
Techno's work is overwhelmingly visible to others, such as creating posters and menus for shops. When I first saw the tools I was involved in lined up in the store, I felt a great sense of accomplishment and rewarding.

Please tell me the skills you have acquired in techno.

Since I'm a sales clerk, I've gained communication and hearing skills many times as before.
I had to communicate a lot with customers and know the customer well, so I became interested in a little bit of something. In addition, I do not design because I am a sales clerk, but I will also acquire knowledge of design and knowledge of paper and processing. When I went to a restaurant, I got a habit of unconsciously checking what designs and what paper I use. (laughs)
